  1. To do the channel sales through dealers & distributors
  2. Recruit and train inhouse sales team
  3. Recruit and train local geosynthetics/sub-distributors across country.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets through Dealer and Distributors.
  5. Channel management in Construction Material Industry.
  6. Host local commercial seminars/work-shops
  7. Prepare a list of potential distributors and appoint them
  8. Train and qualify the sales team
