Job Requirement:
  1. Excellent Communication
  2. Experience in handling international customers/clients
  3. Basic technical knowledge

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Be willing to find answers to all questions addressed to them.
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues to the best of their ability and redirect issues to other Tiers or Resources as appropriate.
  3. Advise customers on appropriate action.
  4. Accurately log all interactions using ticketing software.
  5. Process forms according to procedure.
